Shipping, Returns and Refunds


When will my order arrive?
Estimated time of delivery is 3-5 business days.
Personalized/order on-demand items may take 5-12 business days.

We work to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order right after it is submitted.

Please note that our expected time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of Magaracy's, and the courier’s, control.

From where are orders shipped?

All of the orders are being shipped from Europe, US, China or Philippines warehouse, depending on the receiver's location. This way you can be certain your item is at your doorstep the fastest way possible :)


The following reasons are covered by our 30-day Full coverage Return / Exchange Policy. 
(MAGARACY guarantees a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order on the affected items.)
  • We sent the wrong order or item(s).
  • You received any broken items.
  • The products you received is defective.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day return/refund policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
  • Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Personal Reasons due to changed minds.
  • Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
  • Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, over time, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
  • Free Box - We make sure that the item is packed well before your item leaves our fulfillment center. In rare cases, damage or scratch to the Box is not avoidable due to factors outside of Magaracy's control during delivery.

  2. Provide your order number to ask for return/exchange authorization.
  3. We will get in touch with you and ask for photos/videos of the defective/incorrect item.
  4. Once your request has been approved, you will be asked to return the item before we replace the defective item.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, We will send the replacement from 5-10 days.
Important: Items that are being returned/exchange should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.


We know that it's very important for you to receive your order on time, that is why we process your order few hours after we received it. 

Once your order is already processed and in production, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. 

You can contact our customer support and ask if your order can still be cancelled or modified.


Magaracy Watches are protected with a 365-days warranty from any factory defects.
  • In the rare event, your watch is defective, you can return your watch to us for repair or replacement no matter where you are in the world any time within 365-days of your purchase.
Please note, your warranty does not cover:


  • Failure or damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, or accidents (i.e. knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
  • Aesthetic changes resulting from normal wear, tear and aging(i.e. scratched case or crystal, alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps).
